We never divulge your personal details to anyone. We do not keep email addresses or credit card details.

All hospital deliveries must be confirmed, by you, before sending orders to us as the patient may be discharged that day.

If you wish to remain anonymous to the recipient we will not reveal the senders information.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address and the flowers are recovered, additional delivery charges will apply. If the flowers are not recovered we cannot accept any responsibility for such loss. If the recipient is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery your gift will be left in a safe place or a calling card will be left. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, any substitution will be of similar colour and value.

Gift basket contents are subject to availability on the day. Every food item has been taste tested by a number of people before we include them in our range.
