• We guarantee delivery on that day provided it is ordered within the specified delivery times. We are sorry that we cannot contact you after the delivery has been completed, however we will contact you if there is a problem with the delivery. 
• All hospital deliveries must be confirmed, by you, before sending orders to us as the patient may be discharged that day or a return delivery costs will be charged to you.
• If you wish to remain anonymous to the recipient we will not reveal the senders information.
• It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address and the flowers are recovered, additional delivery charges will apply. If the flowers are not recovered we cannot accept any responsibility for such loss.
• If the recipient is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery your gift will be left in a safe place and/or a calling card will be left. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
• Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. Any substitution will be of similar colour and value and may be done without notice.
• Gift basket contents are subject to availability on the day. Substitution will be of similar quality and price.
