  • WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS  AND DELIVERY DAYS?

GOLD COAST (same day delivery)       FREE
BRISBANE METRO (next day)               $5
QLD INTRASTATE (2-3 days)               $12

Express delivery, guaranteed next day for Intrastate and Interstate, can be arranged at an extra $8 each item.

  • IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE GIFT BASKET/HAMPER TO THE SAME ADDRESS, WHAT ARE  THE DELIVERY COSTS?

Freight is calculated at full rate for the 1st hamper and 50% for each additional hampers for Metro Brisbane only. Please call us for a quote for interstate & intrastate quantity orders.

  • WHAT IF I HAVE SEVERAL DESTINATIONS FOR MY ORDERS?

It would be easier to fax all the addresses & messages to us on our FAX no:- 07 5572 5203.

  • CAN I SPECIFY A TIME FOR DELIVERY?

Yes, you can for the Gold Coast only (order before 2pm-local time), for $15 extra.

  • CAN I SPECIFY THE DAY FOR DELIVERY?

Only for the Gold Coast & Brisbane deliveries. See delivery days above.
Next day delivery for intrastate & interstate can be guaranteed with the extra $8 added to the prices above.

  • WHAT IF I GIVE THE WRONG ADDRESS?

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address and the gift is recovered, additional delivery charges will apply. If the gift is not recovered we cannot accept any responsibility for such loss.

  • WHAT IF THEY ARE NOT AT HOME?

GOLD COAST & BRISBANE- if the recipient is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery your gift will be left in a safe place or a calling card will be left. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
INTRASTATE & INTERSTATE- unless specified that the parcel can be left in a special place, a card will be left for the recipient to collect from the freight depot or to arrange for redelivery.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS?

You can pre pay by credit card online (we will discount accordingly with quantity orders). Or you may call us with your order and we will forward a copy of your invoice with our bank details if you prefer to pre pay by direct debit.

  •  IS YOUR SITE SECURE?

We never store your credit card information.

  • WILL YOU SUBSTITUTE CONTENT?

We rarely have to substitute a product. When we do we replace with goods of equal value & quality.

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require 48 hours notice prior to delivery. Orders in transit cannot be cancelled.
