The following suburbs are $15 for delivery. You must have your order in by 1pm for guaranteed same day delivery. If we receive your order after 1pm your order may be sent out the following day. $15 Delivery suburbs are as follows:

We recommend sending flowers to recipients only when you know they will be home. Our procedure is to leave the flowers in a safe place out of the weather at the address, provided the courier can gain access, if the recipient is not home. Please check the Authority to Leave box at the checkout if you are comfortable with us leaving the gift in a safe place.
If you are sending an order to a hospital please be sure to confirm the patient has not checked out. Gold Coast Florist cannot be held liable for any unsuccessful deliveries made to hospitals due to incorrect information or patients having left the premises. Re-delivery fees apply.
Most orders within our local delivery area can be guaranteed same day delivery, providing all details have been supplied, there have been no issues with the delivery process, and the order is placed before 2pm Mon-Fri and 11am Sat. We are closed on most public holidays, therefore your order will be sent out the next business day.
Whilst all care will be taken to deliver your order within the time frame specified, factors can occur out of our control, such as traffic hold ups or mechanical breakdown. We cannot be held liable for non-deliveries within the time frame specified if the details you have provided are incorrect.
Our usual delivery hours are between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 2pm Saturday. Any deliveries required outside of these hours must be arranged with the florist and surcharges apply.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. If you have ordered alcohol, an adult must receive and sign for the parcel. If we believe the receiver to be under 18 years of age they may be asked to show I.D. We may not be able to leave the package at a premises if the recipient proves to not be home.
