WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

We will leave the flowers in a safe and secure place if no one is home, if permission is given by yourself at the checkout.  The courier will notify the recipient by phone to advise where the order was left. If the courier cannot get a hold of the recipient, a calling card will be left.  If we are not given permission to leave the order, it will be returned to the studio and a re-delivery fee of $11 will apply. You will be notified if this happens.

CAN I SPECIFY A TIME FOR DELIVERY?

Unfortunately we are not able to accept specific times for our deliveries.  If you do require an urgent delivery please call us or send us an enquiry via our Contact Us form and we will contact the courier to see if they can accomodate your request.  Funerals, businesses and schools will be prioritised to accomodate the time constraints.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

WHAT IF I HAVE GIVEN THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If the flowers have been delivered and left at the address provided, we cannot take responsibility. We are happy to collect the flowers and re-deliver for a fee.

If the flowers are returned to the shop, because the courier has been told at the delivery address that no one is there by that name, re-delivery fees will apply.  For hospitals, if the patient has already been discharged when our courier arrives, the flowers will be returned to the studio. WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME AS THE PRODUCT PICTURED?

We choose the best daily blooms available, therefore, flower varieties change from day to day.  The picture on the website represents the size and overall finish of the design.  We will construct the same size/value design in the colour scheme of your choice, using the days best blooms.  All flower arrangements are arranged into a plastic or glass vase (depending on the product) and presented in our signature re-usable cotton bags.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FLOWERS?

Arrangements in containers/vases – top up with water daily. Do not change the water as it has flower food in all of our container arrangements.
Flowers for vases - cut 2cm off the ends, with sharp secateurs, at an angle. Immediately place in fresh water. Repeat this every 3 days. Take off the leaves that will be under the water. Keep flowers out of direct sun, draughts and heaters. Take the stamens out of your lilies when you first see them appear or they will stain the flower. Keep lilies away from cats as they are toxic to them.
